"I am currently using a medium Tad tip on my Tad Retro model cue and it holds its shape better than any medium tip I have ever used. The Tad tip has a great hit feel and tone.If I'm not spinning the cue ball well, I can pin prick a Tad tip to hold a little more chalk, and it holds up well and doesn't delaminate.
